Things to do this November
Head to your nearest beach, bay or pool:
The weather is finally warming up and we cannot think of anything better than a salty swim! Whether you’re heading to Bronte, one of the wonderful rock-pools in Cronulla, Bondi Icebergs or one of the pristine bays that surround the Harbour- you are sure to have a great day! Sea water and the vitamin D from the sun are an unbeatable combination that will recharge your batteries. Just make sure not to forget the sunscreen a hat before you leave the house in the morning!
Why not see a musical?
There are some cool plays and musicals on this November. Our picks are Muriel’s Wedding and The Three Sisters. One’s great for some laughter, the other’s perfect for a dose of drama. See it with your friends, mum, boyfriend/girlfriend or take yourself out and see it alone!
Indulge in a stretch class
A lot of our health comes from a healthy spine and an intensive stretch is a great way to make sure everything is sitting correctly, and that you are comfortable. Unlike most massages, a professional stretch class can get into the small muscles groups and release tensions you’ve been carrying around for years. It will also assist with flexibility and result in a general feeling of well-being.
Visit a great exhibition
Pipilotti Rist’s Sip My Ocean will be showcased at the Museum of Contemporary Arts Australia (MCA) this summer. If you see one exhibition this November, please make it this one. Expect an enchanting wonderland of emotion and composition. It’s very whimsical and fantastic!
Check out Harbourlife
Sydney’s annual waterside festival is set to be even bigger and better this November. If you are a fan on festivals, this is a great one- Claptone, Daniel Avery and Made in Paris are just some of the artists you can expect to hear on the day. If you’d like to charter a private boat and watch all the excitement unfold from a comfortable distance, we still have some beautiful luxury vessels available. Get in contact with the team at Sydney Harbour Exclusive for all Harbourlife enquiries.
Head to Newtown Festival
Newtown Festival is a fantastic day of community building, live music, markets and food. Make a day of it and enjoy the live music and tasty street food.
