1. Secure a date
Christmas is a busy time of the year, with many social events. It is important to secure a date early to ensure you get the vessel you most prefer and encourage high staff attendance.
We recommend sending potential date options around the office to get an idea of everyone’s availability and gauge approximate numbers. Once the date is decided upon, it is important to send out a ‘save the date’ so that you then have plenty of time to arrange catering, beverages, and entertainment.
2. Establish the type of party you are organising
Are you looking for a formal event or a more relaxed celebration? This will affect the type of vessel you may decide on. You may also want to consider theming or decorations for the vessel.
3. Getting everyone to the event
It is important to decide on a wharf location that is easily accessible to all those invited.
